Mon Ami By Danielle provides a full refund for all other merchandise as long as the items are returned in their original condition. Returns must be postmarked 15 days from the original shipping date. The Mon Ami By Danielle tag must be attached to the product. Shipping and Handling is non-refundable on all orders unless a mistake was made by Mon Ami in your order or your item(s) were damaged in shipping. Please call customer service if either of these conditions has occurred. If your items were damaged in shipping, please save the box and packing material so we can inform our carrier of the problem.

Mon Ami will credit the card on which the original purchase was made for the returned items. You will receive a confirmation via E-mail of this transaction.
