What is your privacy policy?
Mon Ami respects your privacy. Any personal information that you offer during your visit to our store is strictly confidential. It won't be shared, rented or sold in any way, shape or form.
Are your products imported?
No! All of our products are designed and constructed in our studio, by creative, happy and inspired individuals. We love our dogs and we love making them cute stuff.

I’ve placed my order, how long will it take for me to receive it?
If the item is in stock, we usually ship within 2-3 business days. In case an item is on back order, we will contact you via E-mail regarding your order. Your credit card is not charged until your merchandise is shipped.
Do you have a catalog?
Not in the traditional sense. Check out the Mon Ami Blog and subscribe to its RSS feed. We’ll be posting the latest news, press clips and lots of other fun stuff. We also have a monthly newsletter called “Mon Ami Monthly”. For more information click here.
How do I know what size collar my dog wears?

What if my order has a defect or is not what I was expecting?
No worries. We strive for customer satisfaction, so Mon Ami provides a full refund for all merchandise as long as the items are returned in their original condition. Please read our returns policy page for more details.
